Race for Kids is a return to the best adventures of childhood, embracing the carefree days of being a kid, and a bonding experience for participants as they challenge their skills while raising funds for all boys and girls to have the same opportunity. In communities across Canada, teams of four will compete in a series of 10 themed checkpoint challenges in a race to the finish line. Checkpoints will be designed to incorporate activities that focus the mind and challenge the body. At the finish line, there will be a celebration party and awards ceremony to commemorate completion of the race!
This year's race is taking place on June 3, 2017 at 10:00am. We're excited to announce that this year we're opening up Race for Kids to families! For family teams there must be at least two members who are at least 19 years old, and the minimum age to race is 10 years old.

Don’t just take it from us! Here is what previous participants had to say:
“I had so much fun participating in the Race for Kids last year. Our team was competitive, but we had lots of laughs along the way! My favorite checkpoint challenge was making the pizza blindfolded at famous peppers. We also enjoyed the celebration and I was shocked at how many awesome prizes were given out!” – Amanda
“We had so much fun! To the volunteers and organizers from the Charlottetown Boys & Girls Club and others who made today a success...thank you! You made today an incredibly fun and SAFE day for all of us! You are all incredible!” - Jeff
“We had such an awesome day at the race! It was something so different and fun. We didn’t realize how easy it was to fundraise with the online system until late in the game. Next year we will be starting earlier and going for the biggest prizes!” - Mallory
