The only event of its kind on PEI it’s a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club of Charlottetown.

When and where is it?

Sign-in for the ‘Zombie Run’ begins at 1:00pm in the Cineplex parking lot.
Run starts at 2:00pm with staggered starts.

The Details

Zombie Run
A 3km fun run on the Confederation Trail in Charlottetown. Along the trail there will be zombies scattered in the fields and in the trees. Using the same concept as flag football the runners will each wear a belt with three flags attached, this is their ‘energy’. While running the trail, zombies will attempt to steal the flags. If you lose all three of your flags you are considered ‘dead’ though you may still finish the run. If you cross the finish line with three flags intact you survived! The finish line is at the Boys & Girls Club of Charlottetown (located at 35 St. Peters Rd.) where there will be snacks and prizes awarded. Prizes will be given for best zombie costume, most flags captured by a zombie, and a draw for 3 top prizes to those who crossed the finish line with three flags intact.

How can you get involved?

Try to outwit zombies and see if you can survive until the end as a runner or indulge your apocalyptic side and join the other zombies in their quest for flesh (flags).

Want to be involved but running or eating flesh not your thing? Volunteer on October 22nd and enjoy all the fun while helping us to make the event happen!

Get the registration form (below) and drop it off or email it to events@bgcharlottetown.com then come in to the club to pay in person or call with a credit card.
